Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing highly effective and personalized customer-focused marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and execute data-driven direct marketing activities to engage, delight, and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with senior managers and marketing teams to plan and deliver targeted campaigns and offers across multiple segments and channels.
  • Optimize campaigns through Test & Learn activities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure prioritization of activities, effective briefings, and timely quality creative delivery.
  • Utilize insights and leverage data science capabilities to drive world-class data-driven marketing.
  • Ensure the quality execution of campaigns across all channels.
  • Share performance insights and tactics with the wider team to drive collective improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in similar campaign management or marketing roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing marketing campaigns and working with internal partners to execute them.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn.
  • Passionate about data and leveraging it to drive campaign performance.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to deliver results while maintaining values.
