
Reconciliation Specialist

Mutual Trust is a multi-family office providing integrated financial and wealth services to Australia's most successful families, family businesses, trustees, not-for-profits, and individuals.
Our team seeks an experienced Reconciliation Specialist to maintain data integrity by reconciling positions held on the core custody system with physical registers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Investments & Cash Operations team to ensure accurate and efficient reconciliation processes.
- A finance-related degree or equivalent
- Operations experience at a custodian or financial services provider
- Understanding of reconciliation processes
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and possess effective problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for reconciling all client holdings, including ASX and global listed securities, managed funds, term deposits, and unlisted assets.
