You will lead a talented team of People & Culture Business Partners and Health, Safety & Wellbeing professionals to shape the experience of a diverse and purpose-driven workforce.
You will work closely with senior leaders to provide expert advice and strategic guidance on everything from complex employee relations, health safety and wellbeing, through to driving cultural change and building leadership capability across the organisation.

- Embedding a proactive and inclusive health safety and wellbeing culture, with a safety-first mindset
- Driving continuous improvement across people systems, policies, and partnering services
- Using data and insight to inform decision-making, strategy and operational performance
- Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including unions and regulators
- Championing equity, child safety, psychological wellbeing, and cultural safety across all initiatives
