Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned transformation leader to spearhead workplace initiatives, focusing on office relocation and improvement projects.

  • This role demands strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a change management framework to support office relocation, model improvements, and employee adoption.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, efficiency, and employee wellbeing.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across executives, staff, landlords, and vendors.
  • Drive communication and engagement activities, including FAQs, guides, town halls, and readiness sessions.
  • Conduct impact assessments and support the adoption of new workplace models, amenities, and technologies.
  • Mentor site-level change teams, ensuring consistency across locations.
  • Provide clear reporting on readiness, risks, issues, and progress to executives.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, with a proven track record in workplace transformation, relocation, or property transitions.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end relocation or workplace change programs.
  • Able to operate at both strategic and delivery levels – comfortable presenting to executives while also supporting staff on the ground.
  • Strong background in highly regulated industries, such as banking or financial services.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Able to balance business efficiency with employee experience and wellbeing.
  • Change management certification desirable.
