The Director Workplace Culture & Experience will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience at Monash Health. This senior leadership position involves developing and implementing strategies to drive employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture aligned with Monash Health's core values.

With 25,500 employees, Monash Health provides care to south-eastern metropolitan Melbourne and rural Victoria via telehealth, within local communities, and in people's homes.
