Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate clients through a structured design and cost journey, empowering them to feel confident, informed, and in control.
  • Oversight of contracts, approvals, and resourcing, including workflow and capacity management.
  • Nurture strong, positive relationships with clients, exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional value.
  • Manage client expectations around budget, program, design, and quality, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with subcontractors, estimators, services, and construction teams to drive project success.
  • Lead project scheduling, document control, cost management, and HSEQ site setup, providing financial updates and reporting against agreed budgets and forecasts.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a design and construct environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP/project systems like Procore, ACC, Excel, and MS Project.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding clients through a multi-stage design and costing process.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how design impacts budget, with a focus on delivering commercially sound projects.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and estimating teams from bid through to handover.
  • Qualifications in construction management or project management are preferred.
