Workplace Transformation Lead
">- We are seeking an experienced leader to drive workplace transformation initiatives, including office lease transitions, relocations, and workplace model improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement a change management framework to support office lease transitions, relocations, and workplace improvements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, cost efficiency, and employee wellbeing.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across executives, staff, landlords, and vendors.
- Drive communication and engagement activities, including FAQs, guides, town halls, and move readiness sessions.
- Conduct staff impact assessments and support the adoption of new workplace models, amenities, and technologies.
- Mentor and guide site-level change teams, ensuring consistency across locations.
- Provide clear reporting on readiness, risks, issues, and adoption progress to executives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- 8+ years of experience in change management, with a proven record in workplace transformation, office relocations, or property lease transitions.
- Experience delivering end-to-end relocation or workplace change programs.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and site-delivery level – comfortable presenting to executives while also rolling up your sleeves to support staff on the ground.
- Strong background in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to balance business cost efficiency with employee experience and wellbeing.
- Change management certification (e.g. PROSCI) desirable.
