Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to join our team as a Workplace Culture Specialist. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of our people services strategy, driving initiatives that align with our mission and values.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the full spectrum of people services, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and compliance. You will work closely with our People Services team to deliver these services, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes and improve employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive people services strategy that aligns with our organisational goals and objectives
  • Leading the recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development programs for all employees
  • Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior leaders and managers
