We're seeking an Event Coordinator to deliver engaging experiences and foster a great workplace culture in our Melbourne office.

Job Description

This role involves planning, executing and coordinating events that bring people together and create memorable moments. You'll be responsible for ensuring our office environment is professional, welcoming and well-run.

  • Plan and execute state-based events for team members, brokers and partners
  • Support internal events including offsites, training sessions and celebrations
  • Manage vendors for catering, venues and supplies
  • Assist with tracking and reporting expenses
  • Oversee office spaces and meeting rooms to ensure they are clean and well-presented
  • Coordinate the restocking of office supplies
  • Liaise with Facilities and IT for local office needs
  • Support new starter onboarding and office inductions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in event coordination, hospitality or office administration
  • Confidence in running events from start to finish
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • A warm and professional approach in all interactions
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactivity and resourcefulness in identifying tasks that need to be done
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
