Duration: 12-Month Contract with the possibility of an extension Rate: $775pd inc Super Location: Sydney CBD 3 days a week onsite 2 days remote We're hiring for a high-impact opportunity with one of the world's most recognised software companies, a global leader known for award-winning products and a workplace culture consistently ranked in the top 10 globally.

What's the role about? As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll be the technical force behind their go-to-market efforts.
You'll partner with sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to provide platform expertise, guide technical conversations, and shape solutions that solve real-world business problems.
From live demos to RFP support, you'll bring a consultative edge and deep product knowledge to every interaction.
You'll be doing things like: Acting as a subject matter expert across customer engagement, and automation tools Running product walkthroughs, deep-dives, and tailored solution sessions with prospective and existing clients Supporting sales teams in enterprise and mid-market opportunities, ensuring platform capability is positioned to win Influencing product and strategy through feedback and insights from the field Helping internal teams navigate complex technical asks and escalations with clarity and confidence What we're looking for: Deep experience with campaign automation, or customer engagement platforms Strong grasp of Saa S and B2 B sales cycles Confidence delivering demos, addressing RFPs, and translating business needs into elegant tech solutions Collaborative mindset with a track record of working across Sales, Product, and Engineering A natural communicator who thrives in high-stakes, solution-focused environments Strong client-facing technical role (Solutions Consultant, Pre-sales, Sales Engineer etc.) This is a standout opportunity to join a global brand doing meaningful work in customer-centric technology, with real ownership and impact.
