Key Role Summary:

The Business Intake Manager position is responsible for overseeing and managing the firm's processes for assessing, accepting and onboarding new clients and matters.

This role will work closely with senior management to ensure ongoing compliance with AML/CTF Laws and best practice.

Job Description
  • Assist in the implementation of business intake policies, systems and procedures aligned with industry best practices;
  • Supervise the firm's business intake team;
  • Support client and matter due diligence and onboarding processes;
  • Assist with the performance of duties related to AML/CTF Compliance;

This role requires a strong understanding of AML/CTF laws and regulations, as well as experience in implementing compliance programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership or team management experience;
  • Detailed knowledge of AML/CTF requirements and risks associated with the range of services in the legal industry;
  • Experience working with AML/CDD processes and systems such as Intapp and Orbis;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A bachelor degree or higher qualification;
  • Recognised AML/Compliance qualification is desirable but not essential;
