We are seeking an experienced Business Services Accountant to join our high-energy team of 20 in central Brisbane. The successful candidate will possess at least 18 months' experience and have commenced CA or CPA studies.

Our client is a highly successful accounting firm with a dynamic work environment that truly boosts your career. They offer two-weekly training sessions, regular external training, full CA/CPA support, and 2 days study leave per subject.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for various entity types
  • Preparation and lodgement of BAS, IAS, FBT, and GST
  • Tax planning and implementation
  • Liaising with clients regarding queries and providing advice as required

Core qualifications include an Accounting degree qualification, a desire to complete CA/CPA studies, minimum 18 months' experience in public practice accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
