**Job Description:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to visitors and building occupants in the Parliament Shop.
  • Support the Parliament Shop through providing customer service, including answering enquiries, promoting products, undertaking point-of-sale transactions, and gift wrapping.
  • Understand and support the strategic direction for the Parliamentary Engagement Branch and specifically for the E-Commerce and Product Development section.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Candidates with a passion for customer service and experience in retail or hospitality environments are encouraged to apply.
  • The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a current working with vulnerable people card.
  • A willingness to work on a roster where weekend, public holidays, and some after-hours work may be required.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is $61,532.00 per annum, which is reflective of the role's requirements and the location.
