Key Responsibilities:- **Lead Sourcing and Procurement:** Develop and implement effective sourcing and procurement strategies to achieve value for money outcomes for our clients.
- **Provide Advice:** Provide expert advice to our clients on procurement matters, including contract management, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- **Manage Teams:** Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
- **Build Relationships:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- **Stay Up-to-Date:** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our services remain relevant and effective.
- **Experience:** Proven experience in procurement leadership, including sourcing, contract management, and team management.
- **Skills:** Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education:** Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- **Certifications:** Relevant certifications, such as CIPS or APMP, would be highly regarded.
