Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and expert advice on complex procurement projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Deliver high-quality, responsive advice and support for ICT procurement activities, working closely with the Program Manager, Cloud Campus.
  • Apply procurement principles, legal know-how, and project management skills to navigate multiple projects and changing requirements.

  • Work in partnership with government directorates to craft professional procurement documents that attract the best market responses.
  • Promote government procurement reform initiatives and contribute to strategic objectives, including value for money and social responsibility.
