We are seeking a skilled Training Session Coordinator to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in delivering engaging and impactful training sessions across all brands.

About the Role:

This position involves coordinating online and in-person training sessions, hosting live webinars, providing technical support, managing shared inboxes and phone calls, preparing session materials, liaising with trainers and clients, and managing post-session activities.

  • Coordinating and setting up online and in-person training sessions
  • Hosting and moderating live webinars and workshops
  • Providing technical assistance to presenters and attendees
  • Managing shared mailboxes and phone lines for clients and trainers
  • Reviewing and verifying session materials for accuracy and branding
  • Communicating with trainers, clients, and internal teams to confirm details
  • Overseeing post-session tasks, including editing recordings and issuing CPD certificates

To be successful in this role, you will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.

Requirements:

You should possess excellent communication skills and experience in hosting or moderating online sessions is highly desirable.
