**About the role**

The role of the Training Coordinator is to coordinate and administer activities, programs and projects as assigned or assumed within Peter Warren D.R.I.V.E Academy and or manufacturer's operations.

**What the role entails**:
Achievement of outcomes as they relate to the administration and coordination of the Peter Warren D.R.I.V.E Academy operation for Sales & Aftersales.
- Maintain Peter Warren D.R.I.V.E Academy Student Administration Systems and liaise with P&C on any updates
- Provide support with ongoing Apprentice & Trainee recruitment activities inc third party enrolments
- Provide support with D.R.I.V.E Academy & external partner careers events
- Coordinate external RTO training sessions invitations, confirmations, room bookings, delegate queries, training resources/material, pursuing enrolments
- Coordinate the collation of Sales & Aftersales periodic reports and maintain licencing records

**What we are looking for**:

- The incumbent will be required to have an excellent telephone manner with exceptional customer service skills
- An organized and methodical approach is required to complete this role with the ability to work well under pressure
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, time management skills and the proven ability to work in a team environment
- To be successful in this role the applicant will have and or develop a sound knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- The applicant should also possess a high level of oral and written communication skills including liaison, consultation, and presentation skills
- Previous exposure to a customer service environment
- Previous exposure to a multi-departmental organisation
