About the Role

As our Training Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of supporting engaging and impactful training sessions across all our brands. What You'll Be Doing

  • Hosting and moderating live webinars and workshops—welcoming participants, introducing presenters, managing live Q&A, polls, and chat
  • Providing real-time technical support to presenters and attendees, troubleshooting issues during sessions
  • Managing shared inboxes and phone calls, responding professionally and promptly to enquiries from clients and trainers
  • Preparing and checking session materials for accuracy and branding
  • Liaising with trainers, clients, and internal teams to confirm details and ensure readiness
  • Managing post-session activities—editing recordings, issuing CPD certificates, and sharing follow-up resources
  • Maintaining organised file systems, templates, and process documentation
  • Ensuring quality control at every stage and contributing to process improvements

What You'll Bring

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines at once
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Confident communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with webinar platforms, CRMs, LMS, file management systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience hosting or moderating online sessions is highly desirable
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support across teams
  • At least 3 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in training, events, or program delivery
  • Certificate in Business or equivalent experience

Why Join Us?
