About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge and stay up-to-date on products and services to support efficient and high-quality repairs.
- Support customers with product or software issues using care and empathy.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select hardware and software.
- Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and other service concerns.
- Provide excellent service to customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting product recommendations.
- Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate technical expertise of products and services.
- Ability to follow troubleshooting steps to identify the root cause of a technical issue in a customer service environment.
- Care and strong interpersonal skills when navigating customer service issues.
- Consistency in learning about and deepening understanding of products and services and third-party products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks at once.
- Teamwork skills, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members.
- Trustworthiness with sensitive or confidential information.
- Curiosity and openness to learning from others and helping each other grow.
