Job Title: Strategic Learning Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development expert to drive organisational effectiveness through innovative learning programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing high-impact L&D strategies that deliver tangible business results.

Job Description

The Strategic Learning Leader will play a pivotal role in designing and executing a comprehensive people development agenda across the organisation. This includes:

  1. Conducting a thorough review of current L&D programs and frameworks, consulting with key stakeholders to identify leadership capability gaps.
  2. Designing and delivering training programs that enhance leadership capabilities and foster a robust coaching culture within the company.
  3. Crafting and implementing high-ROI leadership development programs, leveraging previous experiences to drive business outcomes.
  4. Developing a comprehensive L&D strategy for all employees, focusing on Senior/Executive leadership programs.
  5. Facilitating the development and delivery of high-quality learning content, tools, and programs, including blended training solutions.
