Ideagen is seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships within our digital sales team. You will be responsible for managing the customer journey—driving retention, expansion, and success—while collaborating across teams to deliver value through our SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow mid-market client relationships, focusing on retention and revenue expansion.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from onboarding to upselling and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate and visible sales pipelines using Salesforce and HubSpot.

To excel in this role, you must have experience leading high-performing account management or customer success teams in B2B SaaS, as well as a deep understanding of pricing strategies and renewal mechanics.
