Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled relationship-builder to join our team in delivering a new supported employment programme, Connect to Work.

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the programme aligns with wider local strategies, and acting as the main point of contact for partners.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local authorities, VCSE organisations, education and training providers, health partners, and employers.
  • Lead on the operational integration of Connect to Work with other relevant services and programmes across Cumbria.
  • Contribute to the overall design, implementation, and evaluation of the programme.
  • Ensure the programme delivers positive outcomes for participants and stakeholders.
