Job Overview

As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational culture, enhancing engagement, and enabling business performance. You will partner with senior leaders and technical teams in a fast-paced tech environment to provide strategic input on organisation design, talent deployment, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partnership — Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand workforce plans, tech skill requirements, and team structures.
  • Talent & Performance Management — Oversee OKR-driven performance management processes tailored to agile tech teams, enabling continuous performance coaching and development cycles.
  • Learning & Development — Implement upskilling/reskilling programs in new technologies (e.g., GenAI, full-stack, low-code). Promote internal mobility and certification-based learning pathways.
  • Employee Experience & Culture — Foster a high-trust culture through D&I initiatives, manager enablement, and engagement programs. Monitor employee pulse and engagement scores, leading intervention plans when needed.
  • HR Operations & Compliance — Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and company policies across locations. Manage HR dashboards, analytics, and reporting for leadership reviews.
  • Change & Transformation — Support org-level transformations (e.g., agile, DevSecOps, hybrid working models). Champion communication and change adoption among tech teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7–12 years of HR experience in IT / Technology / Engineering companies.
  • Proven experience as HRBP supporting technical and engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles, agile methodology, and workforce planning in tech.
  • Experience with HR tools.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and digitally fluent in using HR metrics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
