Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Culture Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, HR compliance and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations – Provide advice and support on performance management, conduct issues and grievances.
  • Award Interpretation – Apply modern awards accurately across payroll and employment matters.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Support the end-to-end employee life cycle activities and ensure engaging onboarding experiences.
  • HR Compliance – Ensure policies, procedures and employment practices meet legal and regulatory standards.
  • Return to Work – Manage and support return to work processes for employees.
  • Workforce Reporting – Assist with people and culture metrics, turnover analysis and workforce planning data.
Requirements
  • Qualifications – Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (or working toward).
  • Experience – 5+ years in generalist people and culture roles, ideally in service-based organisations with exposure to blue- and white-collar industries.
  • Knowledge – Solid understanding of Australian employment law, Fair Work Act and award interpretation.
  • Communication – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
  • Problem Solver – Practical, solutions-focused approach with sound judgment and attention to detail.
