We are seeking an experienced Organisational Culture Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, HR compliance and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations – Provide advice and support on performance management, conduct issues and grievances.
- Award Interpretation – Apply modern awards accurately across payroll and employment matters.
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Support the end-to-end employee life cycle activities and ensure engaging onboarding experiences.
- HR Compliance – Ensure policies, procedures and employment practices meet legal and regulatory standards.
- Return to Work – Manage and support return to work processes for employees.
- Workforce Reporting – Assist with people and culture metrics, turnover analysis and workforce planning data.
- Qualifications – Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (or working toward).
- Experience – 5+ years in generalist people and culture roles, ideally in service-based organisations with exposure to blue- and white-collar industries.
- Knowledge – Solid understanding of Australian employment law, Fair Work Act and award interpretation.
- Communication – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
- Problem Solver – Practical, solutions-focused approach with sound judgment and attention to detail.
