**Job Title:** Desktop Support Specialist

This role involves providing second-level end-user IT support and resolving technical issues at a client site. The ideal candidate will have experience with PC & Laptop hardware, Windows 11, Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Installing, setting up, and configuring desktop PC & laptop hardware.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
  • Supporting MS Teams meeting room equipment.
  • Providing general IT assistance and troubleshooting as required.
  • Managing incidents, knowledge base articles, tasks, and assets within the Service Management tool.

Key qualifications include:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT-related disciplines.
  • Qualification in an IT-related field.
  • Experience with supporting IT technologies, including PC & laptop hardware, Windows 11, Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Office.

A strong focus on customer service, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. A driver's license is also required for occasional site visits.
