Role Overview
About the OpportunityThis position is a leadership role that oversees the delivery of quality services to support clients in their homes and communities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure strong and professional relationships with each client and their circle of support.
Key responsibilities include coordinating services to meet individual client needs, navigating complex support systems, and overseeing budget planning and management.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Gungahlin, ACT.
About You- Tertiary or Diploma qualification in a relevant field such as Aged Care, Health, Business, or equivalent years of experience
- Experience in supervising a team, fostering growth and development through ambiguity and change
- Background in Aged Care and/or Health environment with understanding of client needs and service delivery outcomes
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills, prioritizing client-centric solutions
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
- First Aid Certificate and current driver's licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
