About St John Paul II College
St John Paul II College (JPC) is a Catholic, co-educational secondary school serving families in the north of Canberra. At JPC, we strive for excellence in teaching so that our students are offered every opportunity for success in their learning. Teachers at JPC are provided structured professional learning opportunities including a focus on offering students an excellent education through the implementation of the Science of Learning as expressed through Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn's 'Catalyst' program.
By joining JPC you will benefit from recent changes to our timetable including an increase in explicit teaching time and focus on routines to maximise student engagement. Staff are located in Faculty-based staffrooms to promote a focus on the delivery of quality teaching and learning programs. About The Role
The House Coordinator at St John Paul II College is a key leader in fostering a supportive and inclusive school community. This role combines academic oversight with pastoral care, ensuring that every student in the House is guided, supported, and encouraged to achieve their best. You will lead and organise House events that celebrate student talents, strengthen connections, and promote school spirit. Working closely with teachers, families, and students, you will cultivate a culture of belonging and growth, helping young people develop a strong sense of identity and purpose. Through your leadership, you will play an essential role in shaping a positive school culture and making a lasting difference in students' lives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
- Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
