What We Are Looking For
  • A tertiary qualification in Aged Care, Health, Business or a related field.
  • At least two years' experience in supervising a team and developing their skills.
  • Proven experience working in Aged Care and/or Health environments.
  • An understanding of client needs and how to translate them into positive outcomes.
  • Critical thinking skills with a focus on delivering excellent client care.
  • The ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for creating positive change and contributing to a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Proficiency in multiple computer applications and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • A current driver's licence and First Aid Certificate.
