What We Are Looking For- A tertiary qualification in Aged Care, Health, Business or a related field.
- At least two years' experience in supervising a team and developing their skills.
- Proven experience working in Aged Care and/or Health environments.
- An understanding of client needs and how to translate them into positive outcomes.
- Critical thinking skills with a focus on delivering excellent client care.
- The ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for creating positive change and contributing to a safe and inclusive environment.
- Proficiency in multiple computer applications and a willingness to learn new systems.
- A current driver's licence and First Aid Certificate.
