About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned risk management and compliance professional to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our risk advisory practice, you will work closely with clients across various industries to provide expert advice on risk frameworks, control testing, and compliance programs.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles within reputable consulting firms or listed companies, with a focus on risk management or internal audit. A strong background in the infrastructure, projects, or property industry is essential. The selected professional will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and actively contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in developing and implementing risk frameworks and control testing strategies.
  • Assess and enhance risk management programs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Design and implement compliance programs that meet organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to deliver strategic commercial advice and solutions to clients.
  • Participate in business development activities, including tendering and marketing initiatives.
