About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, including developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Leading the structuring, negotiation, and management of complex credit insurance programs for clients
  • Providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure exceptional client service and retention
  • Identifying opportunities to expand our Trade Credit offerings through cross-selling and new business initiatives
  • Meeting and surpassing revenue targets for retention and growth within existing accounts and through new business development
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships
  • Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and execute complex credit insurance programs, ensuring seamless delivery to clients
  • Provide expert guidance on credit risk management and trade credit insurance to clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in broking or underwriting
  • In-depth understanding of credit insurance solutions and credit risk management for large clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sustainable growth with existing and new clients
