Job Description

We are seeking a professional to manage key customer accounts, delivering high-quality consulting services and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing medium to large accounts, growing key customer relationships, and exceeding business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop key customer accounts to ensure quality delivery of consulting services and software solutions design, development, and support
  • Develop strategic account plans to manage delivery of services and communications
  • Identify sales opportunities within key accounts to increase revenue
  • Own customer relationships and manage any issues/challenges to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience managing medium to large accounts delivering ICT services and solutions
  • Proven record of growing key customer accounts and exceeding business objectives and targets
  • Successful track record developing strategic customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
