Claims Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage workers' compensation claims in line with SIRA requirements.
This role involves managing the full lifecycle of claims, including liability assessments, injury management, claims review, and wage calculations.
You will develop and maintain Injury Management Plans to support effective recovery for injured workers.
- Manage claims from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Develop and implement Injury Management Plans to facilitate timely and effective recovery.
- Communicate regularly with claimants, providing updates on the progress of their claims.
- Maintain accurate records of claims, including file notes and database entries.
- Evaluate and process invoices related to workers' compensation, as well as prepare and report on claims data.
- Identify gaps in claims management practices and implement improvements to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on workers' compensation and injury management.
