Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective claims management strategies to achieve optimal member outcomes within set timeframes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards, overseeing insurance claims under established codes of practice.
  • Provide empathetic and professional support to claimants and their representatives or beneficiaries throughout the claims process.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Deliver adverse outcomes with a solution-focused approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claims processing.
About You:
  • Previous experience in compensation claims management, life insurance, and/or personal injury is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of claims processes and relevant legislation.
  • Passion for supporting individuals and their families during challenging times.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident phone manner.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing claim workflow, drafting file notes, and preparing written correspondence.
