As a Claims Specialist you'll manage end-to-end claims across our client's tax audit portfolios, ensuring top-tier service, technical accuracy, and compliance.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the group COO and be supported by a Claims Assistant, making a real impact in a collaborative, high-performing environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end Tax Audit claims managementEnsure timely, high-quality claim responses aligned with company standards and the General Insurance Code of PracticeLiaise with stakeholders including insurers, claimants, and service providersAccurately record and manage case notes and claims system dataAuthorise settlements, manage payments, and issue invoicesDeliver outstanding customer service with empathy and clarityAssist with investigations, process improvements, and operational supportYou will need:Minimum 2-3 years' experience handling Tax Audit Claims or Financial Lines ClaimsDeep knowledge of Australian General Insurance products and claims processesTax Agent or accounting background / ATO experience highly regardedSkills:Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build rapportDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated with solid time management skillsComfortable using MS Office - especially ExcelIf you are looking to grow your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.For a confidential discussion please call Carly Richardson on , click Apply or email your resume to emailprotected
