Business Development Representative - Act Region
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in the ACT region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients while actively identifying new business opportunities through networking and referral partners.
- Deliver tailored financial solutions by deeply understanding complex client needs and collaborating with product specialists.
- Help businesses grow with confidence by providing expert advice on cash flow, capital, risk management, and transaction banking.
- Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A strong track record in business banking, particularly in building and leading successful portfolios.
- Experience in commercial lending, deep understanding of banking products and services, and sharp financial analysis and credit skills.
- A passion for customer service and business development is essential; diversified sector experience is a big plus.
