Job Overview

We're seeking a Relationship Builder to join our high-performing team in the ACT and Sapphire Coast.

As a skilled professional, you'll help local businesses thrive by delivering tailored financial solutions and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of established clients and proactively seek new business through your network and referral partners.
  • Deliver bespoke financial solutions by understanding complex client needs and collaborating with product specialists.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Relationship Executives and Analysts in a flexible environment.
  • Focus on businesses with turnover between $2M to $20M and drive deal execution with strong origination, structuring, and negotiation skills.
  • Represent the region and grow your profile by building relationships and a professional presence.
Essential Qualifications
  • Experience in business banking with a history of building and managing successful portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services; excellent financial analysis and credit skills.
  • Passion for customer service and business development; experience in a diversified sector is advantageous.
