Business Development Representative

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to spearhead the expansion of our business in Canberra.

About the Role
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations to drive strategic growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and product expertise to share valuable insights with clients on maximizing their use of our Business Process Automation solutions.
  • Pursue new business opportunities within existing customer portfolios and cultivate new partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on optimizing their business processes and developing effective commercial strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales activities through targeted prospecting, account management, and pipelining efforts.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop compelling value propositions and drive Pega's growth.
About You
  • A motivated and results-driven sales professional with 4+ years of experience in software sales and a proven track record of quota achievement.
  • Knowledge of multiple federal government agencies and a solid foundation in account management, sales strategy, and pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with BPA, DPA, RPA, CRM, and Case Management enterprise software solutions is an asset.
  • Experience working with large partner organizations and a history of delivering exceptional results in fast-paced sales environments.
  • Prior participation in formal sales training and a passion for driving customer success.
