About the Position

This Cloud Sales Manager will lead a team of sales representatives in promoting Google Cloud solutions to public sector customers across Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of cloud technologies, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth
  • BUILD strategic relationships with customers and influence long-term direction
  • Represent the territory in business planning, town halls, and team meetings
  • Travel to customer meetings, conferences, and events to advocate for Google Cloud

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development at a B2B software company
  • Leadership experience, such as people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching
  • Australian Citizenship is an essential requirement for this role
