A Transaction Portfolio Manager is responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of syndicated loans, ensuring timely collection and analysis of financial statements and interpretation of deal terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ongoing review of syndicated loan and supporting finance & security documentation to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements and information, with immediate distribution of required documentation to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitating deal amendments and handling the collection of lender votes within required timeframes, maintaining open communication with all parties involved.
  • Establishing and maintaining key relationships with clients and other market participants, developing business opportunities and growing the company's presence in the market.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining ongoing relationships with all deal counterparties, including borrowers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role or related field, with a strong understanding of syndicated loans and finance & security documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
