Transactions Manager

**What this opportunity involves**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transaction Manager to join us in Melbourne. You will be working for one of our well-esteemed clients with varied commercial property assets and stakeholders.
You will form part of the Transaction Management team responsible for the end-to-end management of your allocated portfolio including critical dates, key lease events, strategy, governance, and transactional / leasing activities.
Whilst this is a hybrid / flexible role, you are required to be based in Melbourne and can attend the office in Melbourne CBD.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage end-to-end real estate transactions for allocated client property portfolios
Negotiate new leases, licenses, and renewals
Handle market rent reviews and make-good negotiations
Conduct market searches and deliver professional presentations
Maintain client Occupancy Agreements and ensure compliance with approval procedures
Provide market insights and manage stakeholder relationships

**Key Skills and Requirement**:
Minimum 3 years' experience in property transactions
Preferred tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
Strong multitasking abilities and deadline management skills
Excellent client service and communication skills
Team player with a goal-oriented mindset
