**What this opportunity involves**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transaction Manager to join us in Melbourne. You will be working for one of our well-esteemed clients with varied commercial property assets and stakeholders.

You will form part of the Transaction Management team responsible for the end-to-end management of your allocated portfolio including critical dates, key lease events, strategy, governance, and transactional / leasing activities.

Whilst this is a hybrid / flexible role, you are required to be based in Melbourne and can attend the office in Melbourne CBD.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end real estate transactions for allocated client property portfolios
- Negotiate new leases, licenses, and renewals
- Handle market rent reviews and make-good negotiations
- Conduct market searches and deliver professional presentations
- Maintain client Occupancy Agreements and ensure compliance with approval procedures
- Provide market insights and manage stakeholder relationships

**Key Skills and Requirement**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in property transactions
- Preferred tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate
- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Strong multitasking abilities and deadline management skills
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Team player with a goal-oriented mindset
