Job Overview:

This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee the end-to-end management of client portfolios, including key lease events, strategy, governance, and transactional activities.

As part of the Transaction Management team, you will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, negotiating new leases and licenses, handling market rent reviews, conducting market searches, and providing market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate transactions for allocated client property portfolios
  • Negotiate new leases, licenses, and renewals
  • Handle market rent reviews and make-good negotiations
  • Conduct market searches and deliver professional presentations
  • Maintain client Occupancy Agreements and ensure compliance with approval procedures
  • Provide market insights and manage stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property transactions
  • Preferred tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
  • Strong multitasking abilities and deadline management skills
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Team player with a goal-oriented mindset
