Job Title: Senior Energy Transaction Manager

The role of the Senior Energy Transaction Manager is to provide origination support, credit analysis, and deal execution for institutional banking and non-recourse structured project finance transactions across the energy and utilities sector. This involves working closely with the client coverage team to deliver client-centric solutions that drive superior outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex transactions within a directorship alongside portfolio senior associates and analysts.
  • Contribute to transaction structuring, prepare credit submissions, and make recommendations on transactions to credit teams.
  • Drive transactions forward by engaging multiple stakeholders to achieve seamless client experiences.
  • Oversee risk profile monitoring and compliance requirements for each client portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in similar roles within corporate and institutional banking.
  • Strong skills in credit writing, transaction structuring, and document negotiation are essential.
  • Awareness of market risk-related issues, including legislation and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and leadership skills are required.
