**The role**:

- Working closely and in an advisory capacity with two key clients.
- Act as the lead on the buying, selling, and leasing of residential, office and commercial properties on behalf of occupier clients.
- Providing evaluation and advanced support for lease administration.
- Accountability for monthly reports on the progress of lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements.
- Prepare and present detailed and multifaceted financial modeling and valuation breakdown.
- Maintain and track lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
- Coordinate all transaction activity on behalf of clients.
- Assist with a variety of projects in accordance with client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.

**Your background**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a Property related field advantageous.
- Experience in Transaction Management or elsewhere within Commercial Property.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
