About the Role:

  • Negotiate and close deals with major clients in the renewable energy sector.
  • Leverage your extensive network within the industry to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Represent Energy Vault at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting our brand.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the renewable energy or energy storage sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of the renewable energy market and its trends.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business, economics) preferred.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of AU$150,000 - AU$200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Quarterly sales incentives and bonus structure.
  • Restrictive stock units (RSUs) and superannuation benefits.
  • Reimbursement for home office expenses and equipment.
  • 20 days annual leave and flexible working arrangements.
