You will be managing the R&D staff locally and work on some projects with the R&D team in Shenzhen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and build a team of researchers and developers for inverters and ESS.
  • Process Excellence: Develop and refine R&D processes/systems for our power electronics and energy storage products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our product team locally and R&D team in Shenzhen to achieve commercial excellence.
  • Strategic Insights: Develop new products by staying informed about macro policies, regulations, industry standards, and technology trends related to power electronics and energy storage systems.
  • Innovation: Create and optimize groundbreaking power electronics and energy storage system solutions.

We offer a highly competitive salary of $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as career growth opportunities, a collaborative environment, and impactful work contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A master's degree or above.
  • Over 5 years of management experience in renowned photovoltaic inverters or energy storage enterprises.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle responsibilities before and after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
  • Proven track record in presales activities, such as understanding customer needs, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions.
  • Industry vision and knowledge of Virtual Power Plants (VPPs), which is highly desirable.
  • Effective communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
