The Role

This is an opportunity to build new relationships and manage existing ones in the community to secure employment opportunities for clients who live with disability, injury, illness and disadvantage.

You will be responsible for engaging with networks and managing a small caseload of clients, providing advocacy and information about our services.

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment, exceptional organisational skills, and a genuine passion to build partnerships with employers and clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities;
  • Manage a small caseload of clients demonstrating empathy and compassion;
  • Provide advocacy and information about our services;
  • Inspire and motivate clients to achieve their goals;
