Job Overview

We provide employment services to support Australians with disability, injury, health condition, or those who require additional support.


We work closely with our clients to identify their goals, develop resumes and interview prep, connect them with allied health services, training opportunities, financial support, and more.


This role requires you to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application.



Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities;
  • Manage a small caseload of clients demonstrating empathy and compassion;
  • Provide advocacy and information about our services - connecting both clients and the wider community;
  • Network with employers, build relationships and account manage effectively;
  • Build strong partnerships and manage employer expectations.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results;
  • Ability to network and build solid partnerships with employers and clients;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities;
  • Well-developed administration skills, utilising various databases.
