Job Title: Business Partnership Development Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a driven and resilient professional to join our team as a Business Partnership Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers and community networks to secure employment opportunities for our clients.
You will work closely with clients to identify their goals and develop personalized plans to achieve them. Your personable approach will assist in managing employer expectations and building strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with and develop employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities for clients;
- Manage a small caseload of clients demonstrating empathy and compassion;
- Provide advocacy and information about our services, connecting clients and the wider community;
- Work in an energetic environment and contribute to a fast-growing team of over 3,500 people across Australia.
Attributes and Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results;
- Ability to network and build partnerships with employers and clients;
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities;
- Well-developed administration skills, utilizing various databases.
