Community Employment Opportunities Manager

We are seeking a driven and resilient professional to build new networks in the community to secure employment opportunities for our clients.


As a key member of our team, you will network with employers and clients to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will also manage a small caseload of clients providing advocacy and information about our services.


To succeed in this role, you must be able to work effectively in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results. This includes:

  • Building solid partnerships with employers and clients;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities;
  • Well-developed administration skills, utilising various databases.
